Only the essential details: name, contact information, and a few basic notes. If available, an X-ray can be uploaded, but it’s not mandatory.
If you are a healthcare professional, we will keep you informed about the treatment process. For private individuals, communication with the referred patient only occurs with their consent.
We usually reach out within 1–3 business days, and we always try to offer the earliest possible appointment.
No, referrals are completely free of charge and do not involve any extra costs for either the referrer or the patient.
The referral does not obligate the patient to start treatment. If they choose not to continue, that’s perfectly fine.
