Where Exactly Is the Clinic Located?
Our address: 1016 Budapest, Zsolt utca 9. fsz. 7. We are located in the peaceful and quiet Naphegy area, offering a calm environment for our patients.
Is Parking Available Nearby?
Yes, there are several public parking spaces around the clinic. Parking is paid, so please have coins ready or use mobile parking.
How Can I Reach the Clinic by Public Transport?
Several buses (8E, 108E, 110, 112), trams (17, 61), and the M2 metro (Déli pályaudvar station) stop nearby. The clinic is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station.Bus 178 Zsolt Street stop
What Are the Clinic’s Opening Hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays by appointment. Closed on Sundays.
How Can I Book an Appointment?
You can book an appointment by phone, via email, or easily through our online booking system.
What If I Need to Cancel My Appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email if you cannot attend. This allows us to offer the available slot to another patient.
Is Emergency Booking Possible?
Yes, in urgent cases (e.g. broken appliance, poking wire), we provide priority appointments outside the usual schedule.
Can I Pay by Card at the Clinic?
Currently, payment can be made by cash or instant bank transfer. Please take this into account when booking your appointment.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please make sure to cancel or modify your appointment at least one business day in advance.
If the cancellation is made within one business day, or if the appointment is missed without cancellation, a standby fee will be charged in the amount of 10,000 Ft.
